| “Tech Apprentice Manual – Community College” - BATEC Boston Area Partners Through a National Science Foundation grant called SynergyRPT, educational partners from Broadening Advanced Technological Education Connections (BATEC) attempted to scae a succesful high school intership program called Tech Apprentice. Beginning in Fall 2010 through june 2011, faculty and staff from Quinsigamond Community College worked closely with Boston Public Schools’ TechBoston department in adopting successful practices that are designed to attract employers to hire Computer Information Systems students for paid or unpaid interships. |
